Chelsea is a New York State licensed aesthetician and a valued team member since 2014. She graduated from the Aesthetics Science Institute in 2011. She furthered her skincare knowledge with a paramedical and laser certification. She is well-versed with the medical services offered here, ranging from facials to laser treatments, so she can best serve her patients’ skincare needs. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge in medical aesthetics. Chelsea is incredibly passionate about making her clients look and feel their best and is looking forward to continued success as part of the Healthy Complexions team.

Melanie is a licensed medical aesthetician and is thrilled to be part of the Healthy Complexions Spa team as our CoolSculpting Specialist. Melanie began training for a career in aesthetics as a teenager when she obtained an aesthetics license from Erie 1 BOCES in 2013. She went on to continue her studies in the cosmetic field including certifications for laser hair removal, microneedling and Environ Skincare. She discovered her true passion for aesthetics when she was introduced to CoolSculpting which gave her the ability to work with clients on a more personal level, achieve life-changing results, all while incorporating advanced technology into the world of aesthetics. She’s excited to share her knowledge with her clients as well as continue to advance in the aesthetics field.

Giavanna has been a licensed aesthetician since graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in 2016. Her expertise is in medical aesthetics and laser therapy, and she specializes in many skin concerns, such as acne, aging, and overall skin health. Her primary focus is always bringing the best patient experience while achieving patients’ skin care goals in a relaxing environment. She is very passionate about researching and educating her patients on better ways to care for themselves and love the skin they’re in.

Veronica’s passion for skincare began long before becoming a licensed aesthetician. After experiencing her own struggles with acne throughout high school and beyond, she developed a deep interest in aesthetics and skin health. What started as a personal journey soon evolved into a passion for helping others navigate their own unique skin concerns and achieve greater confidence.

As a member of the Healthy Complexions Spa team, Veronica is excited to work in the field of medical aesthetics, where she can offer clients comprehensive, results-driven treatment options. Since obtaining her aesthetician license from The Salon Professional Academy, she has continued to advance her education through specialized training and is committed to ongoing professional growth.

Jordan Francis, FNP-C, is a NYS board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector. She brings over ten years of nursing experience and three years of aesthetic injecting expertise to her role. Jordan earned both her bachelor’s degree in 2014 and her master’s degree in 2019 from St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY. She began her NP career in family practice, where she developed a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into aesthetic medicine.

Passionate about helping others, Jordan thrives on connecting with patients and enhancing their natural beauty. She specializes in full facial balancing and customized treatment plans for her patients. She continually pursues advanced training opportunities to stay up to date on the latest injectable techniques and treatments. Her areas of expertise include the use of dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and biostimulants such as Radiesse and Sculptra. Jordan is known for her commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to help her patients feel and look their best. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children.

Jane brings a wealth of experience in dermatology and aesthetics to our team. Her passion for skin health began early on while managing her own eczema and acne, driving her to pursue a Bachelor’s in Biological Science from UMBC in 2014. She started her career as a medical assistant in dermatology before returning to school to earn her bachelor’s in nursing from Marymount University in 2021. Afterward, Jane became an aesthetic RN specialist, gaining certifications in over 15 cosmetic treatments focusing on laser and light-based procedures. As a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, she stays current with the latest advancements in the field. Jane is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that prioritize her patients’ unique needs, helping them achieve natural, healthy-looking skin. After relocating to Buffalo in 2024, she is excited to bring her expertise to our practice and looks forward to getting to know the community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring everything Buffalo has to offer.

Alexis has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012 and later earned her degree in Radiologic Technology, spending five years in a hospital setting performing X-ray and CT imaging. Her advanced clinical background gives her a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, allowing her to deliver therapeutic, results-driven treatments.

Now returning to her true passion, Alexis blends medical knowledge with hands-on expertise to provide customized massage treatments in our tranquil, medically supervised spa environment. Her goal is to help every patient feel relaxed, restored, and like the very best version of themselves.
