Chelsea is a New York State licensed aesthetician and a valued team member since 2014. She graduated from the Aesthetics Science Institute in 2011. She furthered her skincare knowledge with a paramedical and laser certification. She is well-versed with the medical services offered here, ranging from facials to laser treatments, so she can best serve her patients’ skincare needs. She is eager to continue expanding her knowledge in medical aesthetics. Chelsea is incredibly passionate about making her clients look and feel their best and is looking forward to continued success as part of the Healthy Complexions team.

Melinda is dual licensed by New York State in massage therapy and aesthetics. In 2001, she attended The University at Buffalo and earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. From there, she attended The New York Institute of Massage where she earned her license to practice massage therapy. While working at a day spa as a professional massage therapist, she continued her graduate education at The University at Buffalo and earned a degree doctorate in physical therapy. In 2011, she decided to follow her dreams of aesthetics and attended The Salon Professional Academy, where she obtained her aesthetics license. Melinda has many years of experience with manual therapy and strongly believes in the power of touch. She looks forward to sharing her experience with our guests and advancing her career as an aesthetician with our team of professionals at Healthy Complexions Spa by WNY Dermatology!

Melanie is a licensed medical aesthetician and is thrilled to be part of the Healthy Complexions Spa team as our CoolSculpting Specialist. Melanie began training for a career in aesthetics as a teenager when she obtained an aesthetics license from Erie 1 BOCES in 2013. She went on to continue her studies in the cosmetic field including certifications for laser hair removal, microneedling and Environ Skincare. She discovered her true passion for aesthetics when she was introduced to CoolSculpting which gave her the ability to work with clients on a more personal level, achieve life-changing results, all while incorporating advanced technology into the world of aesthetics. She’s excited to share her knowledge with her clients as well as continue to advance in the aesthetics field.

Laura has been a licensed esthetician since 2006 and has spent the past several years in medical aesthetics. She is thrilled to join the Healthy Complexions Spa team, where she can help her patients achieve their skincare goals with advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging treatments, corrective chemical peels, and laser treatments. Laura takes a comprehensive approach to skincare that includes educating patients on total skin health. She customizes in-office treatments and works with patients to develop home skincare regimens that complement and enhance the professional treatments they receive in the spa. She is committed to providing patients with the highest level of service and is always pursuing knowledge to better help them and address their skincare needs.

Jordan is an NYS board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of patient care experience. She holds a BSN from St. John Fisher University and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2019. After working at Strong Memorial Hospital, she transitioned to a general family practice before specializing in aesthetic nursing a year ago.

Passionate about helping others, Jordan thrives on connecting with patients and enhancing their natural beauty. Beyond her career, she enjoys quality time with her husband, two children, and dog, engaging in hobbies such as gardening, traveling, and photography.

Tracie joins us with years of clinical and aesthetic experience. She began her career in Scottsdale, AZ as a registered nurse in ER, OR, hospice, medical sales, and floor nursing. In 2008, she became a nurse practitioner further developing her skills in North Carolina at Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute then continuing to HonorHealth® in Scottsdale, AZ in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery. She developed an interest in aesthetics which became a passion as she opened her own med spa, requiring countless hours of continued education. She found her way back home to Buffalo, NY to live closer to family. She also works for hospice and enjoys spending time with her partner, Brian, dog, Tucker, cats, blue and grey, and her large family in Buffalo, Scottsdale, and Charlotte.

Lauren joined the Healthy Complexions Spa team in 2019. With over 12 years of spa experience, you could call Lauren the unsung hero of our medical spa. Her extensive knowledge in spa management and customer service, as well as her passion for skincare, health, and wellness, has made her instrumental in growing our practice. Lauren helps with many behind-the-scenes tasks, including elevating our social media platforms.

In her free time, she loves to read books, workout and is currently in the process of getting her teaching certification for yoga. She wants to ensure that patients are happy with their experience and is here to help with whatever questions or concerns you may have!

Hailey joined the Healthy Complexions Spa team in January 2024. At a young age, Hailey developed a deep passion for beauty, health, and wellness. In 2023, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University at Buffalo. She also attended Erie 1 BOCES for cosmetology in 2018. Hailey loves helping others feel happy and beautiful in their own skin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her two cats, Chai and Earl. Hailey looks forward to making your time here with us as enjoyable as possible!
